Tie Weavers produces a range of fabric for use in the school wear market. Using unique technology, we weave a 50/50 polycotton blend, specially created to provide a hardwearing fabric for use in mainly in school dresses and skirts. The fabric weighs more than 150 grams per square metre, ensuring that the wearer will outgrow the dress before it wears out.
All orders are woven to order and therefore have the advantage of providing you with the exact design and colouring required for your school.
The product we produce offers great advantages over the imported products currently being sold in the market:
Short runs
We will weave orders from as little as 250 metres. This means that you only need to order what you want, not the huge quantities required for import orders.
Colour Consistency
Our background in the school tie market has taught us the demands made by schools on their suppliers for perfect colour reproduction year after year, delivery after delivery. Quick turnaround times
TWSA holds over 30 tonnes of yarn in stock, waiting for your orders. On standard colours and designs of gingham checks, delivery normally takes place within 4 weeks. Special colours and designs take marginally longer.
